We are searching for a committed social worker who thrives in a lively and demanding environment. Our team seeks someone with social work experience and a passion for advocating on behalf of children, even if specific experience within cared-for children settings is not required. You will be pivotal in completing holistic family assessments to review care plans, and safeguarding children with a solid understanding of the necessary protocols is essential. What you will do:
Work collaboratively within the safeguarding team to ensure the safety and well-being of children.
Conduct thorough assessments and reviews of care plans for children and their families.

Establish and maintain trusting relationships with teenagers, providing them with the support and guidance they require.
