Job Description


The Wiltshire MASH is committed to building strong relationships with a whole host of partner agencies, including Police and health professionals, who are co-located and working together to ensure the best outcomes for the county\xe2\x80\x99s children and young people.

The MASH team is the first point of contact for enquiries and referrals into children\xe2\x80\x99s services, putting it at the frontline of delivery here in Wiltshire.

About the role

As a Social Worker in the MASH team, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be playing an essential role in the lives of children and young people right across the county.

From assessments and planning to delivery and review, you\xe2\x80\x99ll make sure young people in Wiltshire are safeguarded and protected \xe2\x80\x93 promoting positive outcomes for their futures.

Alongside your social work qualification and Social Work England registration, you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to share our dedication to improving young lives and have a clear vision for how to achieve that.

*A 5% market supplement payment is applicable to level 2 social workers and 10% market supplement payment is applicable to all level 3 and 4 social workers in the MASH teams. This market supplement payment recognises the market pay rate for roles in this area of children\'s services. All market supplement payments are subject to review on an annual basis.
