Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, part-time Sociology teacher to join our Foundation Programme at David Game College in the City of London. The role is for a minimum of 6 hours teaching per week starting in January 2025. This role would be suitable for a PhD/Masters student looking to get teaching experience beyond teaching assistance. Responsibilities will include:
Planning and delivering Sociology lessons Marking homework and providing student feedback Creating and marking examinations To complete Safeguarding training To complete DBS check
Skills and attributes:
High level of spoken and written English Ability to work as part of a team Good interpersonal skills
Essential
First Degree in relevant discipline
Desirable
Teaching experience
Rate of pay will be discussed at interview stage.
The college is located in the City of London.
