Assistant Manager
in Inverness to help bring this vision to life. If you're ready to step up, support a thriving team, and build your leadership skills, this is your opportunity. Frankie + Lola's is looking for an energetic and hard-working individual to take on the role of Assistant Manager in our Inverness venue.
What You'll Do:
As Assistant Manager, you'll be the right hand to the Venue Manager, helping to deliver on all operational goals while stepping up to lead independently when needed. You'll support the day-to-day execution of our venue's strategy and help keep things running smoothly, safely, and with a whole lot of energy.
Support Leadership
: Help guide and motivate the team, ensuring exceptional service, energy, and professionalism across the venue.
Operational Execution
: Assist in hitting sales and performance targets through hands-on day-to-day management and smart, responsive decision-making.
Customer Experience
: Work on the floor to ensure every family has a fun, memorable visit. Handle guest queries and step in to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Team Support & Training
: Support with onboarding, training, and ongoing development of staff. Lead by example and help maintain a high-performing team culture.
Safety & Standards
: Help ensure health and safety procedures are followed rigorously and consistently across the venue.
Kitchen & Cafe Oversight
: Use your experience in food and beverage to support efficient cafe operations, including compliance with COSHH, food hygiene, and kitchen best practices.
Flexibility is Key
: Be ready to shine during weekends and school holidays--this is when the magic happens, and we need you at your best.
Step Up When Needed
: Confidently take charge of the venue in the absence of the Venue Manager, ensuring continuity and consistency of service and operations.
Who We Need:

: You've got experience in hospitality or food and beverage management and are hungry to take the next step into a more senior leadership role.

: You work well under direction but are also confident taking the initiative when needed.

: You understand what great service looks like and work tirelessly to deliver it.

: You keep on top of the details, from checklists to team rotas, and jump into action when challenges pop up.
Kitchen Confident
: You've worked with or led teams in a food service environment and are comfortable with the commercial kitchen side of operations.
Tech-Friendly
: Confident with the usual tech tools -- POS, spreadsheets, maybe even a little social media when needed.
