We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Soft Play Assistant to join our team for the season. As a Soft Play Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring our soft play area operates smoothly and that guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests at the soft play area.

Provide information about the area, rules, and pricing.

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the soft play area.

Assist guests with equipment and ensure it is returned in good condition.

Monitor the area for any issues or safety concerns.

Answer guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

Must be over the age of 16 to apply.

Customer service experience is required.

Polite and customer-focused manner.

Highly reliable and able to work any days, including weekends and holidays.

Drivers with own transport preferred due to our location not being directly accessible by public transport.

Working Hours:

Seasonal position, variable hours . Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Minimum wage.

Expected hours: 6 - 40 per week
