Job Description

We are seeking a talented Supervisor or Manager to join the Partyman World family. This would be for a permanent position with us, working 20-40 hours per week, dependant on business needs. After School and School Holidays hours are essential, as well as at least 1 day every weekend. We are heading in to our busy period and are looking for a strong candidate to start with us very soon!

You will work alongside the management team of Partyman World of Play to ensure the centre is running smoothly and is a happy, healthy environment for all our customers and staff.

Our venue is open Monday, Thursday and Friday 9.30-6.30 and 10-6pm on weekends. Out of hours events can also be booked. School and public holidays will differ.

The job role:

We ask that our managers have a very hands on approach. Our managers would never ask the team to do something that they wouldn't do themselves.

Can you speak on the microphone, can you be a bubbly character, do you have great customer service?

Our managers work in service 90% of the time, ensuring that customer service is at a high and our visitors are receiving the best experience possible.

You will also be required to complete some admin work, this is documents such as safety checks, cleaning schedules, event paperwork and more.

You must have a great eye for detail and love to clean!

We ask that you are a good problem solver, know how to win customers round and hold a professional image at all times.
