We're looking for a passionate and organised Soft Play Supervisor to lead the day to day running of our soft play area

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children and has a natural ability to work alone or with a small team while delivering a safe, fun, and welcoming experience for families

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the soft play area's daily operations, ensuring a safe and clean environment at all times Welcome families, manage capacity, and maintain a friendly, approachable atmosphere Handle bookings and party enquiries, ensuring smooth coordination of events Help plan and organise extras for parents booking birthday parties and special events including decorations, catering, entertainment Monitor health & safety standards and report any issues promptly Liaise with the wider management team to ensure a consistent guest experience Keep records of incidents, cleaning schedules, and maintenance checks
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a hospitality, childcare, or play environment Confident leading a small team and working independently when needed Excellent communication and people skills especially with parents and children A calm, proactive, and positive attitude under pressure Strong understanding of basic health & safety and safeguarding First Aid certification or willingness to train (preferred) Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and busy trading periods.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Work Location: In person
