Job Description

One Mortgage System (OMS) is a Financial Technology company catering to the property lending and insurance marketplace. We provide a web application CRM/Case Management system on a SaaS model, targeted at mortgage/loan/insurance brokers, packagers, networks, and lenders.

Our product launched in 2017 and has quickly become one of the biggest and most highly regarded CRMs in the industry, and has progressively improved with further development such as new features, API integrations with other platforms, and optimisations.

Our offices are based in Horsham, West Sussex.

We are looking for bright and ambitious individuals to join our helpdesk team to bolster our ability to assist our customers with their queries.

As a 1st Line Support member, you will be tasked with the below responsibilities:

Answering the helpdesk phone line & helpdesk ticketing system: Answering general queries. Investigating issues and resolving them where possible. Escalating issues to 2nd or3rdLine where necessary. Ensuring that all queries are responded to within SLA timeframes. Logging bugs and communicating them to the development team for resolution. Basic account management such as the registration/cancellation of software licences, assistance adjusting settings, and providing training. Assisting with the launching of new clients. Working with third-party partners to resolve issues with API integrations.
The role is being offered on a full-time basis and requires on-site attendance. Our offices are located close to the town centre with nearby parking and shops (Horsham, West Sussex).

Required:

Experience working in a customer service environment. Excellent spoken and written English, including professional telephone manner. Ability to manage multiple workloads and meet deadlines. An A-Level (or equivalent/higher qualification) in a technology subject (e.g. ICT, Computing, Computer Science). Understanding of software fundamentals. Desire to learn new skills.
Preferred:

2 years experience working in a customer services environment. Ability to read and write SQL queries for database related tasks.
Starting salary up to 25K per annum.
