Job Description

We're looking for a Software Support Consultant to join our in-house customer service team.

Greenlight Innovation is a Dundee-based business software company dedicated to the development and support of our Greenlight CRM enterprise platform. Now in our 15th year of operation and following steady growth of our customer base, we are looking to expand our team to ensure our reputation for excellent customer service is maintained as we continue to grow.

To fill this role we are looking for a bright, IT-savvy and eloquent individual to assist new and existing customers to get the best results they can from our solutions, and resolving any problems or queries that they might have. This position will also involve you working closely with our software development and infrastructure teams to resolve software issues, design enhancements and document new features.

Skills that are desirable for applicants for this role are:

Past experience in an IT support position Knowledge of foundation-level TCP/IP network configuration and troubleshooting SQL database programming experience
This role will provide you with an enormous range of experience in not only the technical aspects of a company that is rapidly emerging as a leader in its sector, but also provides inroads to the fields of software development, systems engineering, database administration, network design, professional services and sales depending on your aptitudes and interests.

While we're based at the Dundee Technology Park, this role has the option of being remote up to four days a week.

The starting salary for this role is between 27,000 and 30,000 based on prior experience, with excellent scope for career development.
