One Energy Projects are looking for a Solar Project Administrator with experience in the Solar Industry or similar (including; construction, installation etc.) that is keen to join a generous, youthful, vibrant yet hard working team that are leading the way in the Renewable Sector.
Established in 2001, One Electrical launched its solar division in 2021 and born was One Energy Projects Ltd. A coming together of leaders within the industry and further afield has meant considerable growth which requires an expanding team that is looking to join the exciting and rewarding journey to the top of the sector. We are looking for ethical individuals who are ready to support the business in this drive. Candidates should be confident to work on their own and also be able to build good team relationships. Organisation is key as the volume of work can be challenging, yet rewarding as we play a crucial role in the UK net carbon mission!
The position on offer will begin in supporting our team via administrative accuracy, incorporating processes, organisational skills, utilising the monday.com system and overall putting their own stamp on the effectiveness of keeping project information up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support for project teams, including scheduling, budget tracking and ad-hoc tasks.
Coordinating with engineers, installers, and clients to keep projects on track.
Maintaining knowledge of interconnection requirements and regulations.
Manage the permit interconnection application process for solar PC systems for both residential and commercial jobs.
Track project schedules, providing updates and ensuring projects are proceeding and going to plan.
Prepare and manage comprehensive client handover packs, ensuring all project documentation, compliance records and operational details are accurate, complete and delivered on time.
Skills Required:
Experience in similar role (preferred but not necessary in the solar industry)
Organisational skills to keep up with multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills.
Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Analytical and accurate.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to build relationships and good rapport with stakeholders.
An overall interest in making a difference to the planet through energy efficiency.
It is a full time role, office based and 9am-5pm
