Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Roofer/Labourer to join our team who will be trained in the installation of Solar PV panels. As a Roofer/Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting with various Solar PV projects, performing heavy lifting, and utilizing power tools. This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in construction and a passion for working outdoors. Work will be mainly in the North East of England, however some Commercial jobs could be anywhere in the UK. Travel and accommodation would be paid for.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with the installation of solar panels and repair of roofs

- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe work environment

- Perform heavy lifting and manual labour as required

- Use power tools and equipment to complete roofing tasks

- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient project completion

- Maintain cleanliness of work area

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in roofing or general labour preferred

- Knowledge of basic construction techniques and materials

- Proficient in using power tools and equipment

- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting

- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

-Solar PV installation experience would be useful but not necessary as full training will be provided

-CSCS card would be required for commercial installations along with a clean driving licence.

Please note that all positions at our company are paid, including internship positions.

Pay: From 120.00 per day
