This is not a cold-calling or door-to-door role. Our in-house team provides you with qualified

pre-bookedappointments. Your job is to meet customers, explain the benefits of solar, and close the deal.

Key Responsibilities

Attend scheduled, qualified appointments (virtual or in-person) Consult with homeowners on solar suitability, savings, and financing Build rapport and trust through honest, informed consultation Present clear proposals and close deals professionally Follow up with clients from first contact through installation

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in residential sales (solar or home improvement preferred) Confidence in presenting and closing in a home consultation setting Strong communication and negotiation skills Highly motivated, well-organised, and results-oriented Competent with digital tools and CRM systems ( HubSpot) Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends
Preferred but Not Essential

Solar or renewable energy industry experience Familiarity with finance options and government solar schemes Ability to explain technical systems in plain language
