What You'll Do
Attend pre-booked, qualified appointments
Advise homeowners on solar suitability, savings, and finance options
Build trust through honest, knowledgeable consultations
Present proposals clearly and close deals confidently
Support customers from first meeting through to installation

About You
Positive,
motivated
, and
enthusiastic
Minimum 2 years' experience in residential sales (solar or home improvements preferred)
Confident presenting and closing in a home setting
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Organised, proactive, and results-driven
Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot experience a bonus)
Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
Flexible to work occasional evenings or weekends
Nice to Have
Solar or renewables experience
Knowledge of finance options or government schemes
Ability to explain technical details in plain English
