Solicitor - Housing Disrepair & Litigation

We are seeking an experienced Solicitor to join a well-established legal team, specialising in Housing Disrepair and Litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a caseload of housing disrepair claims from instruction through to resolution. Handling a range of litigation matters, ensuring cases are dealt with efficiently and effectively. Drafting legal documents, witness statements, and pleadings. Attending court hearings and managing negotiations/settlements. Delivering high standards of client care and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor with proven experience in Housing Disrepair and Litigation. Strong knowledge of civil procedure and case management. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team. A proactive, organised, and results-driven approach.

Pay: 55,000.00-70,000.00 per year
