Up to

60,000 OTE

(Base salary 32,000 + significant performance-related bonus). Base salary depends on PQE.

family Law/Divorce and or Conveyancing and or Wills & Probate

Requirements

Experience:

You are a qualified Solicitor with at least

1 year PQE

in a relevant field (

Required

).

Specialism:

You have proven experience in client work, being Wills, Probate, LPAs, Family Law/Divorce, Residential and/or Commercial conveyancing. (

Experience is highly Desirable

).

Adaptability:

You are competent in residential property or another area of law but are looking for a role that offers variety.

Communication:

You can simplify complex legal concepts (

Essential

). Welsh language skills are a significant advantage for our local client base (

Desirable

).

Tech-Savvy:

You are comfortable using modern case management systems (

Desirable

) (we were runners-up for the Innovation Award 2024).

Responsibilities

Manage a varied Private Client caseload, guiding clients through their matter with a personal touch and expertise. Network with local estate agents, accountants, businesses, etc., to generate new business and build your own reputation in the community. Mentor support staff and contribute ideas to the firm's strategic growth and business development and build staff confidence. Developing a strong relationship with the company's client base. Supervising and supporting trainee solicitors and paralegals. Keeping up to date with relevant developments in law and practicing due diligence.

Rewards

Earning Potential:

A starting base of 32,000 with realistic On-Target Earnings (

OTE

) of up to 60,000 through our performance bonus scheme.

Bonus Scheme:

Flexibility:

Based from one (or two) of our four offices (Holyhead, Caernarfon, Pwllheli, Porthmadog).
