The Role

In this role, you'll manage a varied caseload of complex and high-value claimant matters. These cases often involve sensitive issues requiring a thoughtful, strategic approach. You'll liaise with clients, medical experts, and colleagues, combining legal expertise with empathy and professionalism.

You'll enjoy the autonomy to lead your own files while benefiting from a genuinely collaborative team culture. From day one, your work will make a tangible difference in the lives of individuals affected by medical negligence.

What We're Looking For

We welcome applications from experienced litigators with a strong background in claimant work. You'll need to be confident managing your own caseload, skilled in analysing complex medical evidence, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
