Solicitor

or

Senior Solicitor (1 - 4 years PQE)

to join this dynamic and supportive team.


Responsibilities:

Responsibilities;

Managing a caseload of

catastrophic loss

and

serious injury claims

, value ranging from 250k - 1m+. Assisting senior team members with complex, multi-million-pound cases. Advising clients, including insurers and corporate clients, on liability, quantum, and litigation strategy. Drafting documents, preparing for court, and engaging in settlement negotiations. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service delivery. Staying updated on legal developments in catastrophic injury and insurance law

What will help you succeed in this role? :

Essential;

1 - 4 years PQE experience in

defendant catastrophic loss/injury litigation

. Strong background in

catastrophic and/or serious injury, personal injury, large loss or complex loss claims

, value value ranging from 250k - 1m+. Excellent knowledge of personal injury law, liability, and quantum assessment.

Desirable;

Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Commitment to delivering outstanding service and results
