Join our Legal team in Caterham to act on behalf of Croudace Group companies in respect of all legal aspects of property transactions on which the Department is instructed to act including acquisition of sites for development, the preparation and completion of legal documents required for the construction of sites, planning agreements, and leases of the Company's commercial and residential portfolio.

Skills & knowledge you'll bring





Qualified Solicitor ideally with a law degree


5 years + relevant work experience, ideally gained within the residential house-building industry or working for housebuilders in private practice.


Sound knowledge of legal matters, administration, finance and queries involved in a property transaction.


Previous experience of agreeing property and planning documents connected with residential development.


In possession of a current practising certificate from the SRA.
