Role Overview:

As a Consultant/Part-time Family Law Specialist Solicitor, you will work with clients dealing with complex family matters, including divorce, child arrangements, financial settlements, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, separation, child arrangements, financial agreements, and cohabitation disputes. Provide clear, pragmatic, and empathetic legal advice to clients. Represent clients in court and at mediation when required. Manage client expectations and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law developments and ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations. Work collaboratively with our legal team and provide mentorship as needed.

Qualifications:

Qualified Solicitor with a strong background in Family Law. Minimum of 7 years PQE (post-qualification experience) in family law. Proven ability to handle a complex family law caseload independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centred approach. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality legal work.
