Are you the right person for the job?

We are looking for a UK Qualified Solicitor, with the knowledge, expertise and experience to deliver first class legal advice and support to Fine Fair's leadership team and colleagues across a diverse range of legal areas relevant to social housing.

The ability to lead and manage team of paralegals Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance frameworks Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Highly organised, able to prioritise, and thrive in a fast-paced environment Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

What will your role look like?

The legal work undertaken by the team is fast paced, interesting and varied, broadly covering the following areas of law:

Property law, both commercial and residential Housing law/residential landlord and tenant Commercial contracts Governance, corporate, and information governance Litigation and dispute resolution

Pay: 50,000.00-55,000.00 per year
