About You




About You:





We're looking for someone who is:


A

Corporate Solicitor

with

0-3 years' PQE

, ideally with an interest in tax law or VAT matters. Experienced or eager to work on a broad range of corporate law matters, from mergers and acquisitions to VAT-related corporate transactions. A team player with excellent client management skills and the ability to build strong relationships. An individual with strong technical abilities, excellent drafting skills, and commercial acumen. Proactive, organised, with a keen eye for detail and a drive to take on new challenges.
