The Role
We are seeking an experienced Serious Injury Solicitor to join our growing team. You will manage a caseload of high-value, complex personal injury claims, including brain, spinal, and catastrophic injuries. The role requires technical expertise, excellent client care, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, medical experts, and counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling a caseload of serious injury and catastrophic personal injury claims from start to settlement
Providing clear, compassionate, and professional legal advice to clients and their families
Instructing and liaising with medical experts, counsel, and rehabilitation providers
Preparing high-quality legal documents and progressing cases efficiently
Working closely with the team to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor (2+ PQE in serious injury/personal injury cases preferred)
Proven experience in managing high-value, complex claims
Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and personal injury law
Excellent communication and client care skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
