We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Solicitor (ideally 2-3 years PQE or a Licensed Conveyancer to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property transactions efficiently, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and providing exceptional service to clients. Duties
Manage all aspects of property transactions from instruction to completion, including exchange of contracts and completion procedures.
Prepare and review legal documentation related to property transfers, leases, and mortgages.
Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
Conduct searches and investigations to verify property details and legal ownership.
Ensure all legal requirements are met in accordance with current legislation and regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate case files and keep clients informed of progress throughout the transaction process.
Organise and prioritise workload to meet strict deadlines efficiently.
Utilise IT systems for document management, communication, and case tracking purposes.
Qualifications
Proven experience in conveyancing or property law is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
Strong IT skills, including familiarity with case management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Good time management skills to ensure deadlines are consistently met without compromising quality.
