Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and management of disrepair cases. Conduct legal research and analysis relevant to disrepair issues. Draft legal documents and correspondence. Liaise with clients, opposing parties, and other stakeholders as necessary. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records. Support solicitors in court proceedings and negotiations.
Person Specification

Strong understanding of legal principles related to disrepair cases. Excellent research and analytical skills. Proficient in drafting legal documents and correspondence. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
