About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified UK Solicitor with approximately 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our team. The successful candidate will handle a broad range of UK immigration matters, provide expert legal advice, and support clients through complex immigration processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on UK immigration laws, visa categories, eligibility requirements, and application procedures. Prepare, review, and submit visa applications, sponsorship applications, and supporting documents. Manage case files independently from initial consultation to final decision. Liaise with the Home Office, compliance bodies, and other relevant authorities. Draft legal representations, supporting letters, and client advisories. Conduct legal research on immigration rules, policy updates, and case law. Provide guidance on corporate immigration matters, including sponsor licence management and compliance. Support clients with appeals, administrative reviews, or complex immigration issues. Maintain accurate case records, timelines, and follow-up actions.

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.

Approximately 2 years PQE in immigration law.

Strong understanding of the UK Immigration Rules, Home Office processes, and compliance requirements. Excellent legal drafting, communication, and client-handling skills. Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and work with minimal supervision. High attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities. Professional, organised, and capable of handling sensitive information.

Preferred Skills:

Experience advising both individual and corporate clients. Knowledge of sponsor licence compliance (SMS management, audits, reporting). Familiarity with work visas, family visas, settlement, citizenship, and business immigration. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
