We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solicitor to join our Non-Standard Litigation Team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional legal services and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Role Profile
As a Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice and representation to the firm's clients. You will be expected to manage your caseload with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of accuracy and in full compliance with client service level agreements (SLAs).
key responsibilities
Take initial instructions from clients and to advise on the legal actions
Deal with litigation matters independently
Give legal advice to achieve appropriate resolutions for the clients.
Keep clients updated regularly on case progression
Ensure all key litigation deadlines are always met
Ensure quality legal advice is provided and compliance with the firm's policies and procedures.
Attend and contribute to team/practice area meetings and comply with directions/decisions made to ensure team objectives achieved.
Achieve time recording and fee income targets to ensure profitable working.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Experience in Secured/Unsecured debt recovery litigation
Full control and conduct of several cases/deals including complex matters
Experienced in drafting of legal documentation
