We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Solicitor to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a thorough understanding of legal principles. This role involves providing expert legal advice, representing clients in various matters, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
Provide legal advice to clients on a range of issues, ensuring clarity and understanding of their rights and obligations.
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings, advocating for their best interests.
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court filings.
Conduct thorough research on legal precedents and relevant laws to support case preparation.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress.
Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to develop effective strategies for client representation.
Stay updated on changes in legislation that may impact clients or the firm.
Qualifications
Qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to client service.
