Act as the lead planning lawyer for Nottinghamshire County Council. Advise on all planning-related matters, including complex legal agreements associated with major minerals and waste developments. Provide legal advice on select highway matters. Mentor junior staff, including the development of a graduate solicitor apprentice.
Person Specifications
Proven experience as a planning solicitor or barrister. Strong understanding of planning law and related legal agreements. Ability to manage complex legal issues and provide clear guidance. Excellent mentoring and leadership skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
