Keane International Legal consultancy (KILC) is a rapidly growing international legal consultancy firm, based in London and Dubai, dedicated to providing comprehensive legal support to our international clients currently based in, or entering, the UK. We are currently seeking to hire multiple talented Solicitors (NQE 0-2) for an exciting opportunity to collaborate with us, forming a crucial part of our expanding external legal support team.
We rely on highly motivated professionals to deliver reliable assistance across a range of key practice areas relevant to our client base, including corporate advisory, civil litigation, international private client matters, and commercial dispute resolution. This freelance role offers a unique chance to integrate with our experienced consultancy team, allowing successful candidates to immediately gain experience in a wide range of specialist practice areas and ensure our diverse international clientele receives clear, dependable, and timely guidance.

Responsibilities
The successful freelance solicitors will collaborate closely with KILC's consultants and play an essential role in delivering high-quality legal support to our international client base.
Responsibilities include:
Advising clients on legal rights, obligations, and potential risks across diverse areas of law
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings as required
Conducting legal research to support case preparation and strategy development
Managing multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality
Keeping abreast of changes in legislation, supporting the firm in ensuring continuous adherence to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) principles and internal compliance procedures relevant to the advice being given.
Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders
Qualifications
Must be a Solicitor qualified in England and Wales
Solid understanding of core UK legal principles
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
