We are now seeking Consultant Solicitors with 3 years PQE in any of the following areas to join our expanding team:

Family Law Wills, Trusts & Probate Commercial Law Property (Residential or Commercial) Civil Litigation Debt Recovery
In addition to the above, we are also looking to welcome an experienced Conveyancer to support the continued growth of our busy Property Department. Whether you are a qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer, or legal executive with strong residential or commercial conveyancing experience, we would be keen to hear from you.

Whether you specialise in one area or several, we welcome applications from motivated, client?focused professionals ready to build their practice with the support of a modern, dynamic firm.

Competitive Earnings

Expected first?year income ranges from 30,000 to 50,000, depending on your hours and caseload.
Commission rates are tailored to your experience and working pattern (full?time or part?time), ensuring a fair and rewarding structure.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 3 years PQE in at least one of the listed practice areas Experienced Conveyancers (Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, or Legal Executives) are strongly encouraged to apply Ideally based in Essex or Cambridge to support local client needs Strong communication skills and a client?centred approach Ability to manage your own caseload with professionalism and care Commitment to delivering high?quality legal services
