Job Description

Are you a driven and dedicated solicitor with hands-on experience in Fast Track RTA and ELPL claims?

My client is looking for a confident litigator to join their dynamic team and play a key role in delivering outstanding results for their clients.

The role offers hybrid working options of 4-5 office days the first month for training, dropping to 1-2 days per month.

Salary

47,5000 - 50,000 per annum

What we're looking for:

A qualified solicitor (or equivalent) Proven experience managing a Fast Track RTA and/or ELPL caseload Strong litigation and advocacy skills Excellent communication, organisation, and client-care abilities A proactive approach to case progression and settlement strategy

What you'll be doing:

Handling a caseload of litigated and pre-litigated RTA/ELPL claims Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and court documents Conducting negotiations and attending hearings Working closely with a supportive and knowledgeable team
