As a Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice, representing clients in various legal matters, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients on a range of issues. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings. Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings. Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy development. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress. Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective legal strategies. Stay updated on changes in legislation and case law relevant to practice areas.

Qualifications

Qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
