Solicitor
Job Description
The roles will involve handling a portfolio of credit hire claims from the point of instruction through to settlement so a good understanding of credit hire litigation, personal injury litigation, applicable case law and the relevant civil procedure rules is essential.
The ideal candidate will have gained experience working for a law firm and have the following skills:
Proven experience as a Solicitor.
Good knowledge of Credit Hire and PI claims
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes effectively.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to analyse complex legal issues and develop strategic solutions.
Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
A professional approach with integrity and high ethical standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
