Solicitor/licensed Conveyancer
Job Description
J W Hughes & Co LLP are looking to recruit a Fee Earner to deal with residential conveyancing matters.
Key responsibilities
Managing your own caseload and taking instructions from Clients
Dealing with sales, purchases and re-mortgage transactions (freehold and leasehold properties)
Drafting contracts, collating and checking and preparing legal and financial documentation
Exchanging Contract and completing transactions
Dealing with all financial aspects of the transaction
Liaising with Agents, Borrowers, other Solicitors as necessary
The ideal candidate will:
Have good organisation skills and perform work accurately and reliably
Provide excellent client care, with strong communication skills
Possess strong IT skills
