Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused

Solution Consultant

to join our team. This is a critical hybrid role that bridges the gap between sales and technical implementation. The ideal candidate will be a technology enthusiast with a talent for translating complex technical concepts into clear business value. You will work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs, architect tailored solutions, and demonstrate the power of our digital twin platform through compelling presentations and product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Support & Technical Expertise:

Serve as a trusted technical advisor during the sales process, working alongside account executives to qualify opportunities and understand client requirements. Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with prospects to identify their key challenges and technical needs. Design and propose bespoke solutions that leverage Holotwins' digital twin technology to solve specific business problems.

Demonstration & Proof of Concept (PoC):

Develop and deliver customized product demonstrations and presentations that showcase the value and functionality of our platform. Lead and manage Proof of Concept projects, configuring the platform and integrating client data to prove the solution's viability and ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Act as a feedback loop between the market and the product team, sharing insights from customer conversations to help inform the product roadmap. Work with the engineering and implementation teams to ensure a smooth handoff from the sales phase to the post-sales implementation process.

Thought Leadership:

Stay current with industry trends and competitor offerings in the digital twin and related technology spaces. Create and maintain technical collateral, such as case studies, solution briefs, and white papers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solution architect, or technical consultant role. Strong technical background with the ability to understand and articulate complex software solutions, particularly in the areas of IoT, data analytics, or enterprise software. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with digital twin platforms, 3D visualization, or simulation technologies is a significant plus. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as required.
