We're looking for a Solutions Architect to work closely with the Senior Management team and delivery teams to ensure that our architectural designs and platforms and fully integrated and that delivery and quality control is consistent with agreed blueprints and design principles. You will design and orchestrate, standards, technical designs and work collaboratively to deliver quality solutions. Essentially, your work will convert plans into action coordinating and managing efficient cross-team workflows and great solutions architecture.

What We're Looking For:
A suitably qualified and experienced Solutions Architect
Extensive experience of performing an SA leadership role across D365 CE, F&O and D365 first party applications, M365 and Power Platform
Housing Sector knowledge or experience across the entire app and data stack with a detailed understanding of the vendor space and capabilities across build v buy scenarios inc a strong knowledge of the pros and cons of each
Knowledge of business ecosystems, SaaS, infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), service-oriented architecture (SOA), APIs, open data, microservices, event-driven IT and predictive analytics.
Be highly collaborative with well-rounded communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Strong leadership and influencing skills and adept at working within matrix management structures
Working Arrangements:
While this role is home based, you should have the ability to travel to Group offices and other locations as required. It is anticipated that you will be needed to attend the office approximately 2-3 days per month. Our Group offices are located at Birmingham Business Park Solihull and Central Park, Worcester.
