Skills, knowledge, experience required:

A minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognized/certified University in a related discipline and 3 years post-related experience. Or exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate's particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to DX, that is, at least 10 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post; Minimum 7+ years of experience leading large-scale ERP implementations, with proven ability to design ERP solutions that align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices; including planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk mitigation, and quality assurance; Experience with Agile, SAFe, Scrum, or similar methodologies for iterative delivery.

Desirable:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred); Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master) strongly preferred; Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert or equivalent.

Duties/role:

Designing and developing ERP solution architecture, including integration strategies for external systems; Overseeing the project's execution, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and quality assurance, using agile ways of working, such as the Scrum framework; Acting as the bridge between business and IT, leading workshops and facilitating communication among different teams.
