Atomic is a dynamic and forward-thinking digital agency which works with high-profile clients including the likes of JCB, Rolls-Royce and Center Parcs. The services we offer clients include technical planning & discovery workshops, product design, web/mobile/API development, cyber security and cloud infrastructure.




We're currently seeking an accomplished and rounded tech professional to join us in the role of Solutions Architect.




First and foremost we're seeking someone who feels ready to take their technical skills to the next level. You've already built a strong foundation in cloud architectures and systems development, guiding products with well-thought-out, practical solutions to real-world challenges, and you're eager to expand your impact even further. Or perhaps you're a seasoned problem-solver working in a larger organisation looking to increase your impact to multiple sectors and domains in a more dynamic and agile environment.




Secondly, we seek a professional with excellent interpersonal skills. You'll adeptly navigate challenging discussions and conflicting opinions, guiding the team to solutions that perfectly align with client needs and deliver exceptional quality.




Finally, we're looking for someone who is truly passionate about crafting software and solutions that have a meaningful impact. You're deeply committed to delivering the highest level of service for our clients, creating products that significantly enhance the experience of end users.

What we are offering;

Remote & hybrid working

- Whilst this position can be predominantly undertaken remotely, the successful candidate will need to spend some time in our Nottingham office.With this in mind, our preference is to find someone living within a 90 minute drive of Nottingham.

Flexible hours

- Our contracted hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm with 30 mins for lunch. But with agreement from your line manager, and subject to you working our core hours of 10am-4pm, you are free to vary your start and finish times.
