Solutions Architect

The Role
The Solutions Architect will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimising systems and processes that align technology with business goals. You'll work closely with internal teams and clients to translate requirements into scalable, efficient, and secure solutions that drive performance and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Design and document end-to-end solution architectures across multiple business functions
Analyse existing systems and recommend improvements for performance, scalability, and integration
Collaborate with technical teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment
Define technical standards, best practices, and frameworks for solution delivery
Support the development and implementation of cloud-based and on-premise systems
Provide technical guidance and leadership throughout project lifecycles
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a Solutions Architect or Technical Lead role
Strong understanding of systems integration, data flow, and software development principles
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar)
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
