About the Role:

Sourcing Assistant
to join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring smooth supply chain operations. You'll be the backbone of our busy procurement team working in an agile environment where accuracy and initiative matter.
What you'll be doing:

Your responsibilities will include:
Purchase Order Management:
Raise and amend POs and oversee loading advice administration.
Supplier & Logistics Coordination:
Monitor inbound arrivals and keep stakeholders informed of any variances.
Import Documentation:
Gather, check, and challenge import documents (training provided).
Supplier Sourcing & Approval:
Support sourcing activities and manage supplier approval processes.
Performance Reporting:
Maintain weekly supplier performance reports and prepare monthly summaries.
Inventory & Sample Management:
Track stock levels and coordinate sample requests promptly.
Finance Liaison:
Work with finance and suppliers to resolve invoice issues and ensure timely reconciliations.
What you'll bring:
Proven experience in administrative or support roles.
Strong organisational skills and
exceptional attention to detail
.
Excellent communication skills for supplier and cross-team collaboration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
SAP experience
is highly desirable (training provided).
Ability to manage large volumes of data and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
