About this role
An opportunity has arisen for a Sous Chef to help lead the kitchen of a popular restaurant in Central London, which is part of a reputable group.
The restaurant has an all-day dining menu and serves seasonal Italian/Mediterranean cuisine using the finest ingredients, everything is produced in house. You'd be helping to lead a kitchen team of 15, overseeing services of up to 200 covers + PDR functions.
The Sous Chef will support the Head Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen, ordering, stock control, recruitment and development of the junior Chefs.
