Sous Chef with multi-cuisine experience

to join our culinary leadership team. Known for our bold flavors and diverse menu, we serve a unique fusion of

Indian, Asian, Mediterranean, Continental, and Latin cuisines

. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and has a true passion for global gastronomy and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and maintaining high culinary standards Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff across all cuisine stations Ensure consistency, authenticity, and quality in the preparation and presentation of multi-cuisine dishes Collaborate on menu development that reflects a balance of international flavors and seasonal ingredients Source and manage specialty ingredients while controlling food costs and minimizing waste Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health and safety regulations Coordinate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth and timely service Support the execution of events, catering, and special menu promotions featuring global cuisines Uphold a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment Step in for the Head Chef when needed, ensuring continuity and quality in kitchen operations

Qualifications:



Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or senior kitchen role in a multi-cuisine setting Culinary degree or equivalent hands-on training preferred Strong foundation in preparing and presenting a wide range of global cuisines Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Creative flair and understanding of modern culinary trends and plating styles Ability to thrive under pressure and in a dynamic service environment Food safety certification (e.g., SERVSafe or local equivalent) required Flexibility to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements:



Ability to stand for long hours and work in a high-temperature kitchen environment Hygiene is the key Proficient in handling kitchen tools and machinery safely and efficiently
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 27,821.94-45,892.48 per year
