Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Spa Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have a relaxing and enjoyable experience at our spa. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the spa facilities, assisting guests with their needs, and promoting our services through effective communication.

Duties

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and washrooms. Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with information about spa services and amenities. Ensure that all equipment and supplies are stocked and readily available for use. Ensure all faults and wear and tear are reported, noted and actioned immediately. Communicate effectively with both guests and team members to ensure a seamless experience for all visitors. Maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment. To follow operating procedures for the care and processing of all toweling.

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, ideally within a spa or Hotel. Strong organisation skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Focused, organised, efficient, with an eye for detail and a passion for good service. Reliable, trustworthy & diligent An ability to communicate with guests in a relaxed manner, whilst consistently delivering first-class professional service. Excellent communication skills and an ability to communicate clear information to the team. Ability to work independently within the team and to be able to prioritise. Strong time management abilities to ensure timely service delivery. A friendly demeanour with a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
