With 6 beautiful treatment rooms and exceptional health, fitness and well-being facilities, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service through the effective contact with guests and members. We are looking for a polished and motivated candidate, ideally with experience in a high quality, service driven environment, to join our Front of House team within the spa. We expect the candidate to work well as part of a team but who can multi-task, use their initiative and strive to deliver exemplary customer experiences. We require a candidate who can offer outstanding service and who will aim to achieve perfection, treating every customer as a VIP. Communication is key so you will be articulate, demonstrating an outstanding level of spoken and written English. The role will include:

Taking bookings for spa days, treatments or experiences Meeting and greeting members and guests Joining prospective new members Operating the spa facilities such as the swimming pools Opening and closing the spa and cashing up the days trading.

What are we looking for?

Experience in the leisure industry or in a luxury spa/hospitality establishment in a customer service based role is desirable. A confident, warm and welcoming personality with a natural desire to serve and exceed expectations of guests and colleagues. A pro-active stance to always look to improve standards and service. Flexible in attitude, approach and working hours (to include weekends).

Although we are ideally looking for full time staff, we recognise that other working patterns may be required and we are open to discussing what could work for both you and the Spa, so please state your ideal working patterns on your application. Please be aware that the Spa is open 7 days a week, 365 days per annum
