We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Spa Manager to lead our spa operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties



Lead and supervise all spa operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning and adherence to company standards Recruit, interview, train, and develop staff members to build a motivated and skilled team Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the team Manage scheduling, shift management, and payroll processing to optimize staffing levels and operational efficiency Maintain inventory control of spa products, supplies, and equipment through effective purchasing, stock management, and bookkeeping Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere Implement marketing strategies to promote spa services, special packages, and retail sales to increase revenue Monitor sales performance using retail math principles; develop sales management strategies to meet targets Oversee retail merchandising efforts including pricing, stocking, and promotional displays Handle cash handling procedures accurately at POS terminals; manage cashiering duties with integrity Conduct regular management meetings to review performance metrics, budget adherence, and operational improvements Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations; uphold sanitation standards across all spa areas Develop training & development programs for staff to enhance skills in customer service, product knowledge, and treatment techniques Manage budgeting processes; track expenses and revenues to meet financial goals Coordinate purchasing activities for supplies; negotiate with vendors for favorable terms Utilize effective communication skills to foster teamwork; maintain organizational skills for smooth operations

Experience



Proven management experience in a spa or wellness environment with supervisory responsibilities Demonstrated success in recruiting, training, and developing staff members in a customer-focused setting Strong background in retail sales management including merchandising, pricing strategies, and inventory control Experience with payroll processing, bookkeeping, cash handling, and POS systems Excellent communication skills; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele Skilled in marketing initiatives aimed at increasing client engagement and retail sales Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial reporting within a service-oriented business Prior experience in shift management and team supervision in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of health & safety standards specific to spa or wellness facilities is preferred
