The 4-star Best Western Premier Dover Marina Hotel & Spa is seeking a Spa & Leisure Manager to oversee the Waterfront Spa & Health Club.

The Waterfront Spa has a strong local customer base, along with demand from our regular corporate and leisure hotel guests. Our facilities include 7 treatment rooms, a salon, a large gym, a sauna, a hot tub, and a steam room.

As the lead member of the Spa and Gym team, you will play a key role in delivering a high level of service to our customers while driving sales and marketing efforts to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations of the Spa & Health Club.

- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.

- Train and mentor staff to maintain high performance.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Spa environment.

- NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.

- Strong communication and management skills.

- Excellent presentation skills.

- Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends as required.
