The Langham, London; Europe's first Grand Hotel, is currently recruiting for a Spa Receptionist to join our talented Chuan Body + Soul team. In this role, you will take overall responsibility for providing a welcoming first impression for visitors by maintaining a well-run reception area for the spa.


In the role of Spa Receptionist (Concierge), your key focus will be to:

Extend a welcoming experience for our guests and members Process enquiries / reservations using Book 4 Time Spa software Follow Forbes and brand standards Create memorable experience for every guest Lead Chuan Body and Soul guest journey Adhere to the operating procedures of Chuan Body + Soul Be fully aware of treatment menus and product knowledge Promote all aspects of Chuan Body + Soul Ensure billing accuracy Maintain clear lines of communication within the Spa and hotel in general Be able to start work at 06:45 am if scheduled to work the early shift and finish 09:15pm if on a late shift
Do you have? -

Previous experience in a similar 5 environment
Warm and welcoming personality A conscientious attitude and eye for detail The ability to deliver good customer service Initiative and self-motivation Confidence to work independently and be resourceful Excellent telephone manner Knowledge of MS Office and desirably Book 4 Time system Excellent communication skills and a good command of English Flexibility to work different shift patterns
