We are hiring Spa Therapists to join our growing team at our Luxury Spa Site in Bexley!

Our Spa Therapists are passionate about making a real difference to the way our guests look and feel, and as a true team player you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer care that exceeds their expectations.

Basic Duties

To ensure that all clients receive an efficient and a quality service during their treatments. Having extensive knowledge of our skin range and treatments we offer. Always maintain a clean and tidy treatment space. To work with the Regional Manager and Head Therapist to ensure every opportunity to increase revenue in the department is taken. Offer advice to customers on the product range. Maintain accurate consultation records. To ensure that stock levels in the department are kept to the required level and to inform the Senior Therapist of this. To act in a helpful public relations role to all members, keeping them informed of all available services and activities as well as upcoming events. To work as part of the team. Maintaining the safety and security of other staff, the customers, and premises always. Participate in staff training and development and communication meetings for which advance notice will be given. To set a shining example to all other members of the Spa team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.50-13.00 per hour
