Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced
Spanish Teacher / Tutor
to lead an after-schoolSpanish Club
at a primary schoolnear Camberley
. This role provides the opportunity to inspire children through language learning, helping them develop confidence, communication skills, and a love of Spanish in a fun and supportive environment.The club runs for
30 minutes per week, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, 12:30pm - 1:00pm
, giving children a weekly opportunity to practice Spanish and build their language skills.Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise children during Spanish language activities in a safe and engaging environment. Plan and deliver age-appropriate sessions that develop speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. Encourage confidence, participation, and enthusiasm for learning Spanish. Communicate effectively with parents and school staff about children's progress. Ensure the learning space is safe, organized, and ready for use.
Experience & Skills
Experience teaching or leading Spanish language sessions for children. Ability to engage and motivate children in a structured, fun, and creative way. Strong communication skills in English (and Spanish if possible) for interacting with children, parents, and school staff. A background in language education is highly desirable.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 0.5 per week
