identifying, contacting, and securing venues
for our events across Spanish-speaking regions, as well as
assisting with the planning and coordination
of the events themselves.
This is a full-time position for someone who is
proactive, organised, and confident in communication

Key Responsibilities
Venue Outreach & Acquisition
Research and identify suitable venues for our events in Spain and other Spanish-speaking regions.
Contact venues via
phone and email
to present our event concept and negotiate terms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with venue managers and local partners.
Follow up with venues to secure
bookings and signed agreements
.
Event Coordination & Support
Assist in the
planning, organisation, and logistics
of events (e.g. schedules, supplier coordination, documentation).
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, technical) to ensure all venue details are accurately communicated.
Support with
event documentation
, including checklists, contact lists and timelines.
Help resolve venue-related issues before and during the event, in coordination with the senior event team.
Communication & Administration
Prepare and send professional
emails and proposals
to venues and partners.
Maintain accurate records of venue outreach, responses, and agreements in our internal systems.
Attend internal meetings and provide updates on venue outreach progress.
Requirements
Essential:
Fluent Spanish
(native or near-native level).
Very good English
(spoken and written).
Excellent
communication skills
- confident on the phone and clear in writing.
Strong
organisation and time-management skills
; able to manage multiple venue conversations at once.
Comfortable using email, spreadsheets and basic online tools (e.g. CRM, Google Workspace / Microsoft Office).
Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Desirable:
Additional languages (e.g. German, French, Portuguese, Italian) are a
strong plus

Previous experience in
events, hospitality, sales, or account management
.
Experience negotiating with venues or suppliers.
